Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, providing personalized styling advice and product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling techniques and excellent customer service.
- Maintain an in-to-depth knowledge of all products, including materials, sizing, care instructions, and brand stories.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our Point-of-Sale (POS) system and handle cash/card payments responsibly.
- Ensure the boutique is always clean, well-organized, and visually appealing, adhering to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, tagging, and stocking merchandise.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the fashion or luxury goods sector.
