Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily inspections of the hotel premises, identifying and addressing maintenance issues promptly.
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks across various systems including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building structures.
  • Ensure the cleanliness, tidiness, and hygienic standards of all common areas, guest rooms (as needed for maintenance), and outdoor spaces.
  • Monitor and maintain security systems, ensuring all entry points are secure and reporting any suspicious activities.
  • Manage waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of furniture and equipment for events or guest requests.
  • Oversee inventory of cleaning supplies and maintenance materials, reporting needs for replenishment.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests swiftly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with external contractors for major repairs or specialized services when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and inspections.

Required Skills
