Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive R&D strategy aligned with Career.zycto’s overall business goals and long-term vision.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing team of researchers, scientists, and developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Oversee the entire R&D project portfolio, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and high-quality outcomes.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate cutting-edge technologies, methodologies, and scientific advancements relevant to human resources technology.
- Establish robust R&D processes, including ideation, prototyping, testing, intellectual property management, and knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of R&D outputs into product development.
- Represent Career.zycto’s R&D capabilities externally, engaging with academic institutions, industry consortia, and technology partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to inform strategic research directions and identify new opportunities.
- Manage intellectual property, including patents, publications, and trade secrets, to protect Career.zycto's innovations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and ethical guidelines in all R&D activities.
Required Skills
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in R&D leadership roles, preferably within the HR Tech, SaaS, or related technology sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex R&D projects from inception to successful implementation.
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing, and big data analytics.
- Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top-tier research and development talent.
