Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto's strategic objectives and talent needs.
- Design, deliver, and manage a wide range of learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, compliance training, and soft skills workshops.
- Conduct thorough training needs analyses across various departments and levels of the organization.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of all L&D initiatives using relevant metrics and feedback mechanisms, continually refining programs for optimal impact.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of L&D specialists or facilitators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Manage the L&D budget, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and high-quality solutions.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional development throughout the organization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in learning and development.
- Partner with HR and leadership to integrate L&D initiatives with broader talent management strategies.
- Ensure all learning programs comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with at least 4 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of designing, implementing, and evaluating successful L&D programs in a corporate setting.
- Expertise in adult learning theories, instructional design principles, and various learning methodologies (e.g., blended learning, e-learning, experiential learning).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Strategic thinking with a results-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Organizational Psychology, Adult Education).
- Professional certifications in L&D (e.g., CPTD, ATD Certification).
