As a Digital Content Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Minto Group’s online voice and engaging our target audiences. You will be responsible for the creation, curation, and management of compelling digital content across various platforms, including our corporate websites, community portals, social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X), email marketing campaigns, and digital advertising initiatives. Your day-to-day will involve crafting engaging blog posts that highlight property features, community benefits, and lifestyle insights; developing captivating social media copy and campaigns designed to foster community and drive engagement; writing persuasive website content and landing page copy that drives lead generation; and assisting with the creation of video scripts and other multimedia assets. You will also be instrumental in maintaining and optimizing our comprehensive content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of all content assets, and expertly adapting content for different platforms and audience segments to maximize reach and impact. We are looking for someone who can not only produce high-quality written content but also possesses a strong understanding of the visual elements and user experience principles that make digital content truly stand out in a competitive landscape. Furthermore, you will diligently monitor content performance metrics, leveraging analytics tools to identify trends, gather actionable insights, inform future content strategy, and continuously optimize our digital storytelling efforts for improved engagement and conversion. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, write, and edit engaging digital content for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and publication across all channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, sales, and property management teams to ensure content aligns with brand strategy and campaign objectives.
  • Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to all content to improve search engine visibility and organic traffic.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on content performance metrics using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), providing actionable insights.
  • Ensure all digital content adheres strictly to Minto Group's brand guidelines, tone of voice, and legal requirements.
  • Assist in the creation and coordination of multimedia content, including video scripts, infographics, and visual assets.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of proven experience in digital content creation, content marketing, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and impeccable grammar.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and social media management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
  • Ability to interpret content performance data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Demonstrated portfolio of digital content (e.g., blog posts, social media campaigns, website copy).

Preferred Qualifications
