Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
- Conduct thorough variance analysis, providing clear explanations for deviations from budget and forecast.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports for management.
- Support the FP&A Manager with strategic planning initiatives and ad-hoc financial analysis projects.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to aid in business decision-making and scenario planning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to gather financial data and insights.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of all financial data and reports.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the FP&A function.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
