Key Responsibilities
- Execute a diverse range of cleaning activities including, but not limited to, sweeping, thorough vacuuming, precise mopping, detailed dusting, meticulous polishing, and complete sanitization of all assigned areas within the guesthouse.
- Conduct comprehensive cleaning and disinfection of all bathroom facilities, encompassing toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and mirrors, ensuring sparkling cleanliness and hygiene.
- Maintain kitchen areas to the highest standards, including wiping down all surfaces, cleaning appliances, and punctually emptying trash and recycling bins.
- Change linens and meticulously make beds in all guest rooms, ensuring a flawless and inviting presentation that meets guesthouse standards.
- Proactively replenish guest room supplies, such as toiletries, fresh towels, and complementary items, as required to enhance guest comfort.
- Efficiently empty waste bins and responsibly transport trash and recyclables to designated disposal and recycling areas.
- Systematically inspect all facilities for any signs of damage, deficiencies, or maintenance requirements, promptly reporting findings to management for resolution.
- Strictly adhere to all health and safety regulations and protocols, ensuring the correct and safe use of all cleaning agents, chemicals, and equipment.
- Perform laundry duties with care, which includes washing, drying, folding, and neatly storing all guesthouse linens and towels.
- Maintain a consistently friendly, professional, and respectful demeanor when interacting with both guesthouse guests and all team members.
