Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including welcoming visitors and directing inquiries.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications (phone calls, emails, mail) with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate and organized physical and digital records, files, and databases.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Process and track administrative supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary.
- Support the coordination of events, workshops, or internal training sessions.
- Manage student/trainee registration and record-keeping processes.
