Key Responsibilities

  • Train staff and researchers on best practices for documentation and record-keeping.
  • Stay abreast of new developments in research ethics, data management, and documentation technologies.
  • Collaborate with various departments to standardize documentation processes across different research initiatives.
  • Protect sensitive research information and ensure compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., PIPEDA).

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Science, Archival Studies, Communications, or a scientific discipline).
  • Excellent organizational and meticulous record-keeping abilities.
  • Proficiency in data management systems and digital archiving tools.
  • Strong understanding of academic research methodologies and ethical guidelines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and French (bilingualism is highly valued).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
