Key Responsibilities
- Assist Land Surveyors in conducting various types of land surveys, including topographic, boundary, construction, and as-built surveys.
- Set up, calibrate, and operate surveying equipment such as Total Stations, GPS/GNSS receivers, automatic levels, and laser scanners.
- Accurately record field measurements, observations, and relevant data into field books or electronic data collectors.
- Assist in the maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting of surveying instruments to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and procedures on all job sites to maintain a safe working environment.
- Carry out basic calculations and checks of field data under supervision to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain clear and organized field notes, sketches, and digital records.
- Support the team in tasks such as clearing lines of sight, driving stakes, and marking points.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of surveying principles and practices
