Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a premium shopping experience.
- Actively engage with clients to understand their fashion needs and preferences, offering personalized styling advice and product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques and comprehensive product knowledge.
- Maintain immaculate visual merchandising standards, ensuring the boutique is consistently clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash and card payments, and manage returns/exchanges efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving new shipments, conducting regular stock counts, and monitoring stock levels.
- Stay informed about current fashion trends, product features, and promotional activities to effectively communicate with customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, encouraging repeat business and fostering long-term client loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations, a cohesive work environment, and exceptional team performance.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently to maintain high satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Proven sales experience, preferably in fashion retail or a luxury boutique setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong understanding of current fashion trends, styling techniques, and garment care.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue effectively.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and handling cash transactions with accuracy.

- Multilingual abilities (e.g., ability to converse in Yoruba, Igbo, or Hausa in addition to English).
