Key Responsibilities
- Assist head cooks and chefs with food preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing ingredients.
- Portion and present dishes according to chef's instructions and recipes.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing workstations, and sweeping/mopping floors.
- Handle and store food items properly to prevent spoilage and contamination.
