Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up event spaces, including tables, chairs, and buffet stations, according to event specifications and diagrams.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all catering areas and equipment.
- Replenish food and beverage items on buffets and serving stations promptly.
- Assist with the breakdown of event setups, ensuring all equipment is cleaned, stored, and accounted for.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, event planners, and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Handle special requests and dietary requirements with attention and care.
