Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain professional video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices during various productions.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of production equipment for on-site and in-studio shoots.
- Monitor video and audio levels, ensuring optimal quality throughout the recording process.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment and connectivity issues during shoots.
- Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and other crew members to achieve desired visual outcomes.
- Organize and manage captured footage, ensuring proper labeling and transfer for post-production.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new video capture technologies.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in operating professional video cameras (DSLR, Mirrorless, Cinema Cameras).
- Fundamental understanding of lighting techniques for video production.
- Basic knowledge of audio recording principles and microphone setup.
- Familiarity with various video codecs and file formats.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs).
