Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Remote Brand Visual Designer to join our innovative team at Sony UK. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-quality visual designs for various brand touchpoints, including digital campaigns, social media, web, email, and print collateral.
- Ensure strict adherence to Sony's brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in visual style, tone, and messaging across all creative outputs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, content, and external agencies to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visual solutions.
- Create and manage a library of brand assets, templates, and style guides to facilitate efficient and consistent design execution.
- Present design concepts and rationale clearly and persuasively to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively to refine designs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continually evolve Sony's visual branding.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance brand storytelling and engagement.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Conduct visual research and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and maintain brand relevance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and workflows within the remote team structure.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and other relevant design software.
- Proven experience in brand identity design, visual design, and maintaining brand consistency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and a clear understanding of design principles.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
