Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy in alignment with business objectives and growth initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and other financial stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, earnings scripts, press releases, and other investor communications.
- Manage the quarterly earnings call process, including script development, Q&A preparation, and logistical coordination.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and investor perceptions, providing insightful reports to senior management.
- Organize and participate in investor conferences, roadshows, and one-on-one meetings.
- Maintain and update the investor relations section of the company website with current and relevant information.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, legal, marketing, and executive teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis and benchmarking of IR best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory disclosure requirements and corporate governance best practices.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in investor relations, financial analysis, corporate communications, or a related field within financial services.
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with the investment community.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and capital markets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and investor relations software/platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
