Career.zycto is seeking an exceptionally talented and driven Investor Relations Manager – Financial Liaison to join our team in Pendlebury, Manchester. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy in alignment with business objectives and growth initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and other financial stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, earnings scripts, press releases, and other investor communications.
  • Manage the quarterly earnings call process, including script development, Q&A preparation, and logistical coordination.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and investor perceptions, providing insightful reports to senior management.
  • Organize and participate in investor conferences, roadshows, and one-on-one meetings.
  • Maintain and update the investor relations section of the company website with current and relevant information.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, legal, marketing, and executive teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis and benchmarking of IR best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory disclosure requirements and corporate governance best practices.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in investor relations, financial analysis, corporate communications, or a related field within financial services.
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with the investment community.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and capital markets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and investor relations software/platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CFA designation or MBA is highly desirable.
  • Experience with publicly traded companies or advising on IPOs/capital raises.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks for public companies (e.g., FCA, SEC if applicable to global clients).
  • Existing network within the UK investment community.
