Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Manage warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control using WMS.
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements and company standards.
- Prepare accurate shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs forms.
- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and customers to optimize logistics processes.
- Resolve issues arising from transportation delays, customs clearance, or damaged goods efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics operations, inventory, and expenditures for auditing.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations within the warehouse environment to ensure compliance.
- Utilize logistics software and tools to track shipments, analyze data, and generate comprehensive reports.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve logistics procedures and reduce operational costs and inefficiencies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role (minimum 3 years)
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain management principles and warehouse operations
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., WMS, ERP systems) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration
- Problem-solving aptitude with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
