Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate patient appointments, admissions, and discharges, ensuring optimal scheduling and resource utilization.
  • Act as a primary liaison between patients, families, clinical staff, and external service providers.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records, ensuring strict adherence to confidentiality and data protection policies.
  • Manage clinical administrative tasks, including medical report preparation, billing support, and inventory management.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

  • Monitor and report on clinical service performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.

Required Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a clinical coordination or similar administrative role within a healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in clinical management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
