  • Accurately take food and beverage orders, communicating any special requests to the kitchen.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally, adhering to service standards.
  • Monitor dining areas and respond to guest needs, ensuring satisfaction throughout their meal.
  • Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guests.
  • Process guest payments accurately and handle cash/card transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service areas.
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
  • Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
