Career.zycto is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Learning & Development to lead our talent growth initiatives in Chiredzi, Masvingo Province. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with organizational goals and future talent needs.
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative training programs, including leadership development, technical skills, compliance, and soft skills.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and determine appropriate learning interventions.
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and measurable return on investment.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through data analysis, feedback mechanisms, and performance metrics, making continuous improvements.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging learning technologies, and adult learning theories to ensure cutting-edge program delivery.
- Collaborate with HR business partners, department heads, and senior leadership to integrate L&D initiatives into broader talent management strategies.
- Oversee the selection and management of external training vendors and consultants when necessary.
- Mentor, coach, and develop a team of L&D professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the L&D function.
- Champion a learning culture across the organization, promoting self-directed learning and knowledge sharing.
