Key Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and edit high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, API references, installation manuals, release notes, and online help systems.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and quality assurance teams to gather and understand complex technical information.
- Translate intricate technical specifications into clear, concise, and user-friendly content for various target audiences.
- Maintain and update existing documentation to reflect product changes, new features, and improvements, ensuring all content is current and accurate.
- Establish and adhere to documentation standards, style guides, and terminology to ensure consistency and quality across all written materials.
- Manage documentation projects, including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress, to meet aggressive deadlines.
- Research and implement new tools, technologies, and best practices in technical communication to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Journalism, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Technical Writer or Documentation Specialist in a software or engineering environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with modern documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Oxygen XML, MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, DITA).
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into easily understandable content.
- Strong understanding of content management principles and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.

- Master's degree in a relevant field.
