Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled bricklayers with all aspects of brick and block laying.
- Prepare mortar, mix cement, and ensure materials are readily available for the team.
- Transport bricks, blocks, and other materials across the construction site.
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all site safety regulations.
- Cut bricks and blocks to size using appropriate tools under supervision.
- Assist with the setting up and dismantling of scaffolding and work platforms.
- Follow instructions diligently from senior bricklayers and site supervisors.
- Support general site maintenance and tidiness as required.
