Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding health insurance policies, coverage, and claims.
  • Educate clients on various health insurance products, benefits, terms, and conditions, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Assist clients with new policy applications, renewals, amendments, and claims submissions, adhering to company and regulatory guidelines.
  • Accurately process and manage client documentation and maintain up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating complex cases to senior staff when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and new health insurance products.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client experience and streamline operational processes.
  • Conduct policy reviews with clients to ensure their coverage meets their evolving needs.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in health insurance or a related financial services role.
  • Strong understanding of health insurance products, terminology, and industry regulations in Singapore.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
