Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of pre-production, production, and post-production phases for various studio projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings, rehearsals, shoots, and post-production sessions, effectively communicating logistics to all involved parties.
- Oversee the procurement and management of studio equipment, props, and supplies, ensuring availability and proper maintenance.
- Assist with budgeting, tracking expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records for each project.
- Act as a primary liaison between production teams, talent, vendors, and clients, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow.
- Prepare and distribute production schedules, call sheets, risk assessments, and other essential documentation.
- Troubleshoot operational issues that arise during production, offering practical and timely solutions to keep projects on track.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a production coordination or similar role within a media, film, or advertising studio.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- A solid understanding of the production workflow, including pre-production, principal photography, and post-production processes.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage.
