Key Responsibilities

  • Perform regular patrols of the property, both interior and exterior, to ensure security and identify any potential hazards or breaches.
  • Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV cameras, and respond to alarms or suspicious activities promptly.
  • Control access to the premises, screening visitors, contractors, and deliveries, ensuring proper authorization and maintaining accurate logs.
  • Conduct daily inspections of the property, identifying and reporting any maintenance needs, damages, or safety concerns.
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, painting, and basic landscaping.
