Career.zycto is seeking highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Agents specializing in Sales and Claims for our Constant Spring, Kingston office. Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect for new clients and generate leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify client insurance requirements and recommend suitable policies (e.g., life, health, general, motor, property).
- Prepare and present compelling insurance proposals, explaining policy features, benefits, and exclusions clearly.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for various insurance products.
- Manage and grow an existing client portfolio, ensuring high levels of client retention and satisfaction.
- Assist clients diligently through the claims process, from initial reporting to final settlement, acting as their primary point of contact and advocate.
- Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new insurance products, and regulatory changes.
- Provide exceptional post-sales service, including policy reviews and adjustments as client needs evolve.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
Required Skills
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of various insurance products and policies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close sales.
