Key Responsibilities
- Assist machine operators with setup, operation, and troubleshooting of assembly equipment.
- Load and unload materials and components onto the assembly line.
- Perform basic quality inspections on products and components to ensure adherence to standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including waste disposal and material handling.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, wearing appropriate PPE.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, material deficiencies, or quality issues to supervisors.
- Package finished products according to specifications and prepare them for shipment.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including counting and restocking materials.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
