Key Responsibilities

  • Assist machine operators with setup, operation, and troubleshooting of assembly equipment.
  • Load and unload materials and components onto the assembly line.
  • Perform basic quality inspections on products and components to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including waste disposal and material handling.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, wearing appropriate PPE.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions, material deficiencies, or quality issues to supervisors.
  • Package finished products according to specifications and prepare them for shipment.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, including counting and restocking materials.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
