Job Description

As a Project Scheduling Aide at Richcraft Homes, you will play a foundational role in supporting our Project Management team, ensuring the smooth progression of our diverse construction projects. Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers and Coordinators with the development, maintenance, and tracking of project schedules.
- Perform accurate data entry related to project tasks, milestones, resource allocation, and progress updates.
- Help prepare and distribute various project reports, including progress reports, variance reports, and look-ahead schedules.
- Facilitate communication and information flow between project teams, contractors, and suppliers.
- Organize and maintain project documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Schedule and coordinate project-related meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
- Monitor project timelines and identify potential delays or issues, escalating concerns to senior staff.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
