Key Responsibilities

- Accurately take and process food and drink orders using our POS system.
- Serve dishes and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs efficiently, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas throughout service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns courteously and effectively.
- Process payments accurately, managing both cash and card transactions.
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff and other team members for smooth service operations.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.
Required Skills
- Minimum 6 months of proven experience as a restaurant server or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform effectively and calmly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking capability.
- Basic numeracy skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Proficiency in German language (B2 level or higher).
