Job Description
The Studio Media Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our media production studio. This full-time, on-site position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and technically proficient individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, support our creative teams, and maintain a high standard of quality across all media assets. You will be at the heart of our content creation process, bridging the gap between artistic vision and technical execution.
This role involves coordinating resources, scheduling studio time, managing equipment, and overseeing the intake and organization of digital assets. You will be instrumental in maintaining our digital asset management (DAM) system, ensuring all media files are properly tagged, archived, and readily accessible for current and future projects. Strong communication skills are paramount, as you will liaise with various departments, including production, marketing, and post-production, to facilitate seamless workflows.
Beyond logistical coordination, the Studio Media Coordinator will also assist with light editing, content preparation for various platforms, and quality assurance checks, ensuring all outgoing media meets our brand standards and technical specifications. We are looking for someone who is not only meticulous but also possesses a proactive attitude, capable of anticipating needs and implementing solutions independently. If you thrive in a fast-paced creative environment, have a keen eye for detail, and are passionate about media production, we encourage you to apply and contribute your talents to our growing team.
