This apprenticeship program is designed to provide comprehensive on-the-job training, allowing you to develop foundational technical skills, gain practical experience, and build a strong career path within a supportive environment. You will work alongside experienced technicians, learning the ropes of troubleshooting, maintenance, installation, and support for various technical systems. Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues, both independently and under supervision.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks on equipment.
- Document service activities, repairs, and technical procedures accurately.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and clients as guided by mentors.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines meticulously.
- Participate actively in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Required Skills
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving aptitude.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, internet navigation).
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Kinyarwanda.
