Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated content across various platforms to ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and legal standards.
- Identify and take appropriate action on content violations, including removal, escalation, or flagging, with speed and accuracy.
- Maintain high levels of content review quality and productivity to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Stay informed about updates to content policies, regional regulations, and emerging online trends.
- Provide clear, concise, and constructive feedback on content policy ambiguities or system improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including policy, quality assurance, and engineering, to enhance content moderation tools and processes.
- Handle sensitive and potentially disturbing content with maturity and discretion.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, sharing best practices and supporting colleagues.
Required Skills
