Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent service.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain well-stocked and organised shelves, ensuring products are displayed according to merchandising standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock counts, and report discrepancies to management.
- Handle product returns and exchanges in line with company policies.
- Ensure the store premises, including aisles, checkout areas, and storage rooms, are clean and tidy at all times.
- Assist with the unloading and receiving of deliveries, checking for accuracy and quality.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security procedures and guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role (advantageous but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to speak Sesotho is a strong advantage.
