Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect for new clients and generate leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements and financial goals.
- Present, explain, and sell various insurance products (e.g., life, health, auto, property, general) tailored to client needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Assist clients with the claims process, providing guidance, documentation support, and advocacy to ensure timely resolution.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through exceptional service and regular follow-ups.
- Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and policy applications accurately and efficiently.
- Manage and organize client information and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
