Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including order processing, warehouse management, and transportation.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport companies to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
  • Prepare and process shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
  • Track and trace shipments, providing regular updates to stakeholders and resolving any issues or delays.
  • Optimize routes and transportation methods to achieve cost-efficiency and delivery targets.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams for accurate stock movement and storage.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant international trade regulations, customs procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports on logistics activities, performance, and costs.
  • Proactively identify and address potential problems or risks within the supply chain.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for logistics processes and systems.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
