Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement content calendars for social media, ensuring consistent posting schedules and brand voice alignment.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement opportunities, and brand mentions, responding promptly and professionally to comments and messages.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) with a focus on audience targeting, budget management, and ROI maximization.
  • Conduct regular audits of website content and structure, identifying areas for SEO improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Analyze website and social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media insights, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO and social media management.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in managing and optimizing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) for business.
  • Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles and ability to create engaging digital content (text, image, video ideas).
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
