Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon their arrival, presenting menus and daily specials.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, utilizing a POS system for efficient processing.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly and courteously, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Proactively check on guests throughout their dining experience to anticipate needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Handle payment transactions efficiently, including processing cash, credit, and debit card payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, tables, and service areas.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for service, including linens, cutlery, and glassware.
- Understand and adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
