Key Responsibilities
- Plan, set up, and execute professional photography sessions in a studio environment (e.g., portraits, product shoots, corporate headshots).
- Cover a variety of live events, including corporate functions, weddings, conferences, and social gatherings, ensuring comprehensive and engaging coverage.
- Operate and maintain professional photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, stands, and accessories, ensuring optimal performance.
- Perform post-production tasks such as image culling, precise editing, intricate retouching, and meticulous color correction using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).
- Collaborate effectively with clients, creative directors, and marketing teams to understand project briefs, visual vision, and deliverable expectations.
- Manage and maintain image archives, ensuring proper categorization, secure storage, and regular backup of all photographic assets.
- Stay updated with the latest photography trends, techniques, equipment advancements, and software updates to continuously enhance skills and offerings.
Required Skills
- Proficiency with professional DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and various lens types.
- Expertise in studio lighting techniques (strobes, continuous lights, light modifiers).
- Strong understanding of natural light photography, composition, and framing.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for comprehensive image editing and retouching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with clients and subjects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
