Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs with food preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping, and cutting ingredients.
- Learn and practice basic cooking techniques under supervision.
- Portion and present food items according to established standards.
- Ensure kitchen workstations are clean, organized, and sanitized at all times.
- Operate basic kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations strictly.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies.
