Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop detailed simulation scenarios, interaction flows, and user interfaces (UI) for various platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, artists, and domain experts, to define project scope and requirements.
- Create design documentation, wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Implement design solutions using relevant software tools and platforms (e.g., Unity3D, Unreal Engine).
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design iterations and improvements.
- Ensure simulations are engaging, realistic, and meet defined learning or operational objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in simulation, VR/AR, and interactive design.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Simulation Designer, Game Designer, or similar role.
