Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize audit documentation, including working papers, correspondence, and client data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and update digital filing systems, ensuring all documents are properly indexed, categorized, and easily retrievable.
  • Perform quality control checks on documentation to ensure compliance with firm standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist audit teams with the preparation and compilation of audit reports and other required deliverables.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality and security of all client and firm-related information.
  • Communicate effectively with audit professionals to clarify documentation needs and provide timely support.
  • Identify and suggest improvements for documentation processes and workflows.
  • Support the transition and adoption of new documentation tools and technologies.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to a positive remote working environment.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in administrative support or document management roles (minimum 1 year)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
