Key Responsibilities
- Set up and prepare dining tables before service, including linens, cutlery, glassware, and teaware.
- Assist lead servers with carrying food and beverage orders to tables in a timely and presentable manner.
- Clear tables efficiently, removing used dishes, glassware, and other items, and resetting them for new guests.
- Ensure all service stations are stocked with clean dishes, utensils, napkins, and other supplies throughout service.
- Refill water glasses, teapots, and other beverages as needed, anticipating guest requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tea room, service areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Assist with light food preparation or garnishing as instructed, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Support servers with any additional tasks to ensure smooth and excellent guest service.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Provide a warm and welcoming demeanor to all guests, contributing to a positive dining atmosphere.
