Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support across various hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage services.
- Assist guests with inquiries, check-ins, check-outs, and provide general information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of common areas, assisting housekeeping with room readiness when required.
- Help maintain inventory of supplies and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions to the appropriate department.
- Support the F&B team during peak hours, assisting with setting up, serving, and clearing tables.
- Handle guest requests and complaints efficiently and courteously, escalating complex issues to management.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive guest experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support overall hotel operations.
