Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and public areas (e.g., corridors, lobbies, restrooms) to the hotel's exacting standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and guest amenities (toiletries, coffee, etc.).
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures.
- Clean bathrooms thoroughly, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, and sinks.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items promptly to the supervisor.
- Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain a well-stocked and organized housekeeping cart.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Ensure lost and found items are handled according to established procedures.
