Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and public areas (e.g., corridors, lobbies, restrooms) to the hotel's exacting standards.
  • Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and guest amenities (toiletries, coffee, etc.).
  • Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures.
  • Clean bathrooms thoroughly, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, and sinks.
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items promptly to the supervisor.
  • Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintain a well-stocked and organized housekeeping cart.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
  • Ensure lost and found items are handled according to established procedures.

  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to perform duties that require bending, lifting, pushing, and standing for extended periods.
