Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and common areas according to established standards and procedures.
- Change linens and make beds, ensuring freshness and presentation.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, replenishing towels and toiletries.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards.
- Restock room amenities and supplies in guest rooms and public areas.
- Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist guests with inquiries and requests, maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when replenishment is needed.
