Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the R&D strategy, aligning with Career.zycto's overall business objectives and market vision.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of researchers, scientists, and engineers, fostering a high-performance and innovative culture.
  • Oversee the full R&D product lifecycle, from ideation and conceptualization through research, development, testing, and launch.
  • Identify and evaluate new technologies, methodologies, and market opportunities relevant to HR technology and talent management.
  • Manage the R&D budget, resources, and timelines effectively to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within financial parameters.
  • Collaborate with product management, marketing, and sales teams to translate market needs and customer feedback into compelling R&D initiatives.
  • Drive intellectual property creation and protection strategies, ensuring our innovations are safeguarded.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions, industry partners, and external research organizations.
  • Represent Career.zycto at industry conferences, seminars, and events, showcasing our innovation leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices in all R&D activities.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in R&D leadership roles, preferably within HR Tech, SaaS, or related software industries.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, project management, and budget oversight for complex R&D initiatives.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to build, motivate, and manage high-performing technical teams.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Deep understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and product lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and utilizing insights to drive strategic R&D decisions.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
