Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the R&D strategy, aligning with Career.zycto's overall business objectives and market vision.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of researchers, scientists, and engineers, fostering a high-performance and innovative culture.
- Oversee the full R&D product lifecycle, from ideation and conceptualization through research, development, testing, and launch.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies, methodologies, and market opportunities relevant to HR technology and talent management.
- Manage the R&D budget, resources, and timelines effectively to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within financial parameters.
- Collaborate with product management, marketing, and sales teams to translate market needs and customer feedback into compelling R&D initiatives.
- Drive intellectual property creation and protection strategies, ensuring our innovations are safeguarded.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions, industry partners, and external research organizations.
- Represent Career.zycto at industry conferences, seminars, and events, showcasing our innovation leadership.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices in all R&D activities.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in R&D leadership roles, preferably within HR Tech, SaaS, or related software industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, project management, and budget oversight for complex R&D initiatives.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to build, motivate, and manage high-performing technical teams.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
