Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily operational activities for assigned government healthcare programs, ensuring efficiency and adherence to established protocols.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies to optimize performance, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of remote operations specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and generate reports to assess operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues, implementing corrective actions and preventive measures.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant government regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, including IT, HR, and client services, to achieve organizational goals.
  • Manage project initiatives related to operational enhancements, system upgrades, and process improvements from conception to completion.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to direct reports.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for operational processes and procedures.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in an operations management role, preferably within a remote setting.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading remote teams.
  • Strong understanding of operational best practices and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
