Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor system performance and assist in routine maintenance tasks, including backups and updates.
- Participate in the deployment of new software and hardware, ensuring seamless integration.
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and user guides accurately.
- Learn and adhere to IT security best practices and company policies.
- Support IT projects as directed by senior IT staff, contributing to project planning and execution.
- Conduct basic network troubleshooting and assist in managing network resources.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues and improve system efficiency.
- Continuously learn and stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- High degree of self-motivation and a strong willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, LAN/WAN).
Preferred Qualifications
- OND/HND or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
