Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their staffing needs and offering customized solutions.

- Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with our recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery and candidate placement.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B sales or staffing/recruitment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
