Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues effectively, escalating complex problems to the appropriate team members when necessary.
  • Provide accurate information about Career.zycto's services and processes.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through empathetic and efficient service.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer data and privacy.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and streamline processes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role (chat and/or calls).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
